Event Brief

Mobile studio set-up


  • We need to arrive late afternoon the day prior to the event to set up and test the equipment for the studio set-up. This takes about 2 hours.




On the day


  • Starting at 9am, we run through the day’s activity schedule and the overall objectives. This will include; programme content creation, timings, presenters, studio control, and tech operations.

Post Event (take-a-ways)


  • The client receives a full recording of the broadcast programme. The recording is also split into segments for the client to use on social media platforms and on their website.

  • We create a video of events on the day for client use.

  • All pictures taken on the day will be sent to the client.

  • The client has all copyrights for the programme recording, pictures and video.
